This position may require up to 25- 50% travel.

Training initiatives can be diverse: classroom, e-learning programs, desk-side, workshops and seminars and other training modes. Must have the ability to design, develop and maintain user manuals/guides, training courses, and instructor materials customized for software solutions. Ability to perform needs analysis for associate base by position as well as on an individual basis.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as the primary interface with assigned clients in order to perform & coordinate all administrative tasks / activities required for client business processes.
• Build relationships and an in depth working knowledge of client organization.
• Seek out opportunities to grow existing accounts organically.

• Provides all product support to assigned clients and will assist in new client implementation activities.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education

• Business or Technical College degree or equivalent on-the-job / industry experience

Work Experience

• 3 to 5 years of experience in one or more areas including sales, strategic planning, marketing, retail industry, construction industry or customer support. 
• Experience must include strong organizational skills and client focus.

Certification

• Desired:  PMP or sales training

SKILLS AND TRAITS TO PERFORM STANDARDS OF POSITION:

Technical

Computer literate, technology / software industry knowledge, Internet savvy, extremely proficient in basic Microsoft Office tools (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel), with proven ability to learn new technologies.

Critical to success in this position.   Person must be able to develop timely, organized, and defined positions that can be delivered to small or large audiences in spoken or written word.   Person must understand the value of ‘listening’ and ‘understanding’ client needs before plans are developed.

What is the Expesite Advanced Reporting solution?

Expesite Advanced Reporting is a reporting engine allowing you to create reports, dashboards, and business intelligence from within the Expesite Vision^PM solution. This new functionality is supplemental to the standard reporting currently used in Vision^PM, and is scheduled for release on December 31, 2011.

Advanced Reporting Features: 

• The ability to automatically schedule and distribute reports throughout your organization internally and externally.  However, you must have security privileges to access the Advanced Report  authoring and administration application as well as privileges to view published reports.
• Generate reports in a variety of formats including: PDF, Excel, Word, Tiff, CSV, and XML. 
• View published reports in any major Internet browser including Microsoft Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Safari. 
•  Tablet compatible (iPad and Android) user interface of swiping and scrolling.  The Advanced Reporting functionality automatically detects the device and renders the reports accordingly.  

Advanced Reporting provides tools for authoring, displaying, and distributing reports, dashboards, and analytics. Hosted at our secure co-location facility, the Advanced Reporting viewer will be accessible from a separate URL using your current Expesite Vision^PM login and password. Since it is not a prepackaged set of existing reports, all reports will need to be authored by trained employees at your location, or by an Expesite Solutions Engineer.  Expesite will conduct report authoring training sessions starting in January 2012.  Initial training sessions will be held in Columbus, Ohio in a classroom setting, and additional training options will be announced shortly.  Please contact your Expesite Account Manager if you have an interest in attending this training, or to discuss setting up privileges for the Advanced Reporting administration and report viewing. 

Advanced Reporting leverages data models to generate reports.  The data models are created from client-defined projects, milestones, and cost tracking templates stored in Expesite Vision^PM.  For this reason, every client needs to have their project, milestones, and cost tracking data models created before reports can be authored.

As the data views are created, they will be stored in a customer specific data library that can be used to author additional reports as required.   Expesite Solutions Engineers are available to create the data libraries as well as generating and authoring reports and dashboards.  Please contact your Account Manager with your specific requirements and an SOW will be created specifically for your requirements.
