Director of Training

Expesite (www.expesite.com), headquartered in Columbus Ohio, seeks energetic and dynamic Director of Training  with 3-5 years experience in software and/or technical training and professional soft skills development.  The position is responsible for the design, creation, maintenance and execution of both internal associate professional development/training and external client user training on the Expesite solutions. This position may require up to 25- 50% travel.

Training initiatives can be diverse: classroom, e-learning programs, desk-side, workshops and seminars and other training modes. Must have the ability to design, develop and maintain user manuals/guides, training courses, and instructor materials customized for software solutions. Identifies training and development needs by analyzing organization results, job requirements and operational challenges. Ability to perform needs analysis for associate base by position as well as on an individual basis.

The successful candidate achieves financial objectives by preparing and being accountable to the training & development budget. Expesite is a privately held profitable and fast growing company.
